BEMSwarm Privacy Statement
1. Overview
BEMSwarm (“the App”) is an iOS game published by WED Interactive. The App runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal information about you.
2. Information the App does not collect
The App does not collect or request your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, IP address, device identifier, advertising identifier, contacts, photos, or location. It does not ask you to create an account or to sign in.
3. Information stored on your device
The App saves your game progress and your settings on your device, so that you are able to resume where you left off. This information stays on your device. It is never sent to WED Interactive or to anyone else. Deleting the App removes it.
4. Network use
This version of the App has no network features. It does not contact servers operated by WED Interactive or by any third party.
5. Advertising, analytics, and third-party code
The App contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party software development kits or tracking tools of any kind. The App is free and contains no in-app purchases.
6. Children
The App is suitable for all ages. It does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. Because no personal information is collected, there is nothing for WED Interactive to store, disclose, sell, or share.
7. Your choices
Because the App collects no personal information, there is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete. Removing the App from your device removes the game progress and settings it stored there.
8. Changes to this statement
This statement may be updated from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. If a future version of the App adds a feature that involves a network connection, this statement will describe that feature before or at the time that version is released.
