BEMSwarm ("the App") is designed with privacy as a fundamental priority. The App functions entirely on your local device, does not connect to the internet, and does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

Network Activity: The App has no networking or internet capabilities. It does not communicate with external servers, cloud services, or third-party analytics platforms.

The App saves state and local preferences directly onto your iOS device.
This data is stored strictly locally to allow you to resume your game progress.
Local save data never leaves your device and is automatically removed if you uninstall or delete the App.
